Using the strap for positioning on the back

While the included strap is ideal for the back of the knee or leg, it is not useable for the back. An alternate method of holding the device so it can be applied to the lower back is shown below.

Step 1
Thread the strap through with the velcro pad uppermost.
Step 2
Double the strap back on itself.
Step 3
Slide your hand into the loop.
Step 4
Tighten the strap and activate the device by presssing the on/off button.
Step 5
Place the device on the lower back and hold for approximately 10 minutes
