I have found this device really useful. I have a trauma to my knee from an accident when I was young and now I'm in my mid 50s, I'm experiencing tremendous pain in my back and left leg from sciatica. I use it everyday even when I don't feel too much pain. I've started swimming too and it has improved my life. I still have to monitor myself and not over do things. Hope this helps.💯💖👍
